Terms and Conditions

We provide tour packages, vehicle rental, guided tours, transfers, and related travel services as described on our website, brochure or booking confirmation. Specific services, itineraries, inclusions & exclusions are confirmed at the time of booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after you complete required payments and we issue a booking confirmation (email/SMS).

• All bookings must include accurate contact details. We are not liable for missed services due to incorrect contact details provided by you.

2. Prices & Payments

• Prices shown are in the currency specified and exclude applicable taxes, tolls, fuel surcharge, parking fees or state entry fees unless stated otherwise.

• We may require full or part advance payment to confirm bookings. Payment methods accepted will be shown at booking.

• Outstanding balances must be cleared before the start of the service unless agreed in writing.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation policy (standard):

• Cancellation 15+ days prior: full refund minus transaction fee.

• Cancellation 7–14 days prior: 50% refund.

• Cancellation within 7 days / no-show: no refund.

• Special packages or peak-season bookings may have different cancellation terms; these will be provided at booking.

• Refunds (if any) are processed after verification and may take time depending on payment provider.

4. Liability & Insurance

• We act as an agent for transport and accommodation suppliers. Our liability for loss, damage or injury is limited to the extent permitted under applicable law the   terms of third-party suppliers.

• You are responsible for your personal belongings. We recommend purchasing travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation, loss/theft & personal   accidents.

• We do not accept liability for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (see Force Majeure).

5. Conduct & Safety

• You agree to follow reasonable instructions of our staff & drivers and act in a manner respectful to property, staff and fellow travellers.

• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate participation, or remove any person whose behavior is disruptive, illegal or dangerous. No refund will be given in   such cases.

6. Vehicle Use & Drivers

• Vehicles are provided with a driver (and where applicable, an assistant). Drivers are professional and licensed.

• Smoking, consumption of alcohol or illegal substances inside vehicles is prohibited unless specified. You must comply with seat-belt laws and local regulations.

• Any fines, penalties or tolls arising from passenger behavior (e.g., traffic violation, damage) are payable by the passenger(s).

7. Privacy & Data

• We collect personal data required to process bookings. Personal information is handled per applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy. By booking you consent   to our use of your details for service delivery and communication.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Shreeshail Tours & Travels is not responsible for delays, accidents, loss of property, or injuries caused by unforeseen events, natural disasters, or third-party   negligence.

• We recommend all travelers carry valid travel insurance.

9. Travel Documents & Identification:

• Customers must carry valid ID proof and relevant documents during travel.

• For interstate trips, permits and passes (if required) must be presented when asked by authorities.
